Some details may be collected during follow-up rather than through the online form.

We also retain relevant correspondence and service records. Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and email delivery status to operate and protect the service. Cleaning-area photographs may be taken for quality control, training, documentation, or damage resolution as described in our Terms of Service. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

How We Use Your Information

We use information to provide estimates, respond to booking requests, schedule and provide services, communicate with customers, send booking confirmations and service-related emails, maintain business records, improve our website and services, resolve concerns, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when FreshLab Cleaning accepts and confirms the request and any required prepayment has been received. We do not sell customers’ personal information.

We may share information with providers that help us operate our website, store information, and communicate with you. Supabase may be used to securely store and process booking information. Resend may be used to send transactional emails. Website hosting and email providers may also process information needed to deliver their services.

Email and Service Communications
